Every now and then I enjoy the simplicity of the traditional 17 syllable Haiku. The 5-7-5 formula just works for me, sometimes I think my thoughts think in 5-7-5 syllables all day long, little pieces of words that run across my brain, sometimes I take notice and they make sense, sometimes I ignore them and they keep right on running until they run into the Nothingness. Someday I will write about the Nothingness, but not today.
Wikihow explains Haiku like this:" Haiku are short poems that use sensory language to capture a feeling or image. They are often inspired by an element of nature, a moment of beauty or a poignant experience."
They might not make sense, but they will always make you stop and think. Love to All.
